Deer Valley

Deer Valley Resort is one of the most prestigious ski resorts in the United States and offers guests a truly unforgettable mountain experience. The neighborhoods of Deer Valley are centered around the resort's lodges and offer some of the most impressive homes in the Park City area.

Lower Deer Valley - this neighborhood is centered around the Snow Park Lodge and the main base parking lot just east of Old Town. Shuttle service to Snow Park Lodge helps folks quickly access the slopes, and its close proximity to Old Town make this a favorite neighborhood for vacation homes. In the summertime all of Park City enjoys the Deer Vally Resort summer concert series held outside at the Snow Park Lodge and the fun mountain biking trails. There are many homes, condos and townhomes, in a range of price points, to choose from in this neighborhood. 

Upper Deer Valley -  is a neighborhood of ski in-out homes and condos near the Silver Lake Lodge with beautiful mountain and valley views. There are a lot of exquisite dining options nearby at the resort, and Old Town is just a quick drive away. Most of the homes are vacation homes. This neighborhood is centrally located to several lifts at the resort providing many options for homeowners to get around. 

Deer Crest - is a prestigious gated community of ski in-out estate homes at Deer Valley Resort. The neighborhood offers private ski trails for residents from their home to the base of the Jordanelle Gondola. It is truly luxurious. Homes have unencumbered mountain and valley views. The neighborhood can be accessed at the resort's main base or off of Highway 40 by the Jordanelle Reservoir in Heber Valley. Deer Crest is also home to the St. Regis Deer Valley Resort. 

Empire Pass - is the newest neighborhood at Deer Valley and is nestled high in the trees near Empire Lodge. The homes are all ski in-out and most boast incredible views of Empire Canyon and the Uinta Wilderness. Empire Pass is a short mountain drive up from Old Town, and in the summertime, Guardsman's Pass is open which allows you to drive into Salt Lake City from the top of Big Cottonwood Canyon or Midway. This route is truly one of the most spectacular drives in Utah. The Montage Deer Valley Resort is located near the top of Empire Pass and offers exquisite luxury condominiums with unparalleled mountain and valley views. Many of the homes in this area include access to the Talisker Club.
