The Canyons

During the summer of 2015, The Canyons Ski Resort and Park City Mountain Resort were linked, created the largest ski resort in the United States with over 7,300 acres, 300+ trails and 41 lifts. Although this incredible ski resort now operates under the Park City name, we still refer to the Canyons Village and surrounding real estate as The Canyons. 

The Colony at White Pine Canyon is perhaps one the most infamous ski-in ski-out community at The Canyons. The exclusive Colony homes are nestled away slope side in the trees, and offer incredible luxury for those with exquisite taste. 

Silverado Lodge offers condos with great views and easy access to the Canyons Village base where there are lifts, shops and restaurants. 

If you're a golfer, Fairway Springs might interest you. Located at the base of the Canyons in the Frostwood development, these homes are close to the lifts and have an adjacent golf course for year-round activity.

The legendary Walford Astoria hotel and condominium is also located in Frostwood and offers an exclusive ski and golf community for its residences. 

If you're looking for a more affordable option, Red Pie and Hidden Creek condos are walking distance to the Canyons Cabriolet and just three miles from downtown Park City.
